We provide complimentary shipping within the USA and Canada for all orders surpassing US$150. Shipping charges are determined based on the product's weight and the delivery destination.

        The average dispatch timeline is 20 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays. Please note that for customized orders, an additional 10 days may be required. We will inform you of any extensions during the customization process. The specific delivery time for each product will be mentioned in the product description and may vary from one product to another.

      Please be aware that Lakshmi Couture holds no liability for issues arising from a carrier's services, such as lost items, theft, or delayed deliveries. For such concerns, please contact the relevant carrier directly.

   To ensure prompt delivery, we kindly request customers to furnish accurate ZIP codes (postal codes), addresses, and area names.

For our international customers, it is important to note that VAT (Value Added Tax), Import Duty, and Local Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary based on the policies of the local governing authorities in each country. To facilitate a smooth delivery process, these fees must be settled with the courier partner during the time of delivery. Additionally, please be informed that these charges are separate from the initial order payment.
