Returns for Customized Clothing: At Lakshmi Couture, we take pride in offering customized clothing tailored to your specific measurements. As each product is uniquely crafted to your custom size, we do not accept returns for items that have been customized to fit your measurements.
Conditions for Return: Returns are accepted only in the case of a damaged product. To initiate a return, please follow the guidelines below:

Damaged Product:
- Returns are applicable only for damaged products.
- An unboxing video without any editing is required to process a return for a damaged item.
Procedure for Returns:
- In the event of a damaged product, please send an email to atlakshmicouture@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Include an unboxing video without any editing to provide evidence of the damage.
Terms and Conditions:
- Returns will not be accepted for items customized to your specific measurements.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- The unboxing video is crucial for processing return requests due to damage.
If you wish to initiate a return, kindly email us at - atlakshmicouture@gmail.com with your concern within 3 days of receiving the product. Upon confirmation from our end, please ensure that you ship the products back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Process:
- Once the damaged product and unboxing video are verified, we will initiate a refund for the cost of the product. Additionally, you have the option to return the item for a store credit or exchange it for a product of the same or higher value.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
