• Returns for incorrect size selection, personal preference, or change of mind are not accepted.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos of the product. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved. Exchange Policy We currently do not offer exchanges. Please review the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order. Cancellation Policy Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Missing or Incorrect Product Claims Claims regarding missing or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is required for verification. The video must clearly show:

• The original package seal.
• The shipping label.
• The complete unboxing process, without cuts, pauses, or interruptions.

Claims without the required video may not be eligible for approval.

• Dry clean only for delicate and embellished garments.
• Do not machine wash, bleach, or tumble dry.
• Avoid ironing directly over embroidery, sequins, beads, or stones.
